We have been part of the Jenoptik Group since September 2020 and share common goals and values. Within the framework of our corporate goals, we implement the diverse tasks in purchasing at TRIOPTICS. Your familiar contact persons in Wedel are at your disposal for this purpose.
Our cooperation

We have always endeavored to consider and promote the issues of sustainability and social responsibility and to further establish them within the supply chain. Law and regulations
Our suppliers comply with national and international laws and legal regulations in the country where the services are provided as well as in their place of business.
Human rights
Our suppliers undertake to comply with internationally recognized human rights standards and do not tolerate any infringement of these standards by third parties.

Prohibition of corruption and bribery
Our suppliers ensure that all applicable national and international anti-corruption laws (for example UK Bribery Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) are complied with. Our suppliers assure that they have not or will not provide any unlawful benefits, either directly or indirectly, to managers, employees, or representatives of TRIOPTICS. Furthermore, our suppliers themselves will not demand, accept or nor tolerate the promise of any unlawful benefits from third parties
Avoidance of conflicts of interest
Our suppliers assure that they have no personal, business, or legal conflicts of interest in and in connection with the provision of services for TRIOPTICS. They will also undertake to provide immediate notification of potential conflicts of interest.
Fair conduct in the marketplace and fair competitive practices
We expect our suppliers to engage in market and competitive practices that are fair, ethically responsible, and law-abiding.

Responsible use of conflict minerals
The suppliers ensures that those minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold) and their derivatives are only used in compliance with relevant statutory regulations. Transparency and reviews of the supply chain must be proven on request.
Communication of the principles of this code of conduct to third parties
The supplier undertakes to oblige its employees, legal representatives, agents and other third parties involved in and in connection with the provision of services of TRIOPTICS to the principles set above.
Sustainability and compliance self-assessment
Acting responsibly is a key corporate objective for the Jenoptik Group. We want to work together with our business partners to further advance sustainability and social responsibility.
To achieve this goal, we have been working with our partner IntegrityNext since 2020. Through the IntegrityNext platform, we increase transparency in our supply chain by asking our suppliers for self-assessment.
This self-assessment includes, among others aspects, the following issues:

- Occupational safety
- Responsibility in the supply chain
We would like to invite our suppliers to register following an invitation link of JENOPTIK AG. It is of course free of charge and responses are subject to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The completeness of the registration, as well as the result of the self-assessment will be used for future purchasing decisions at Jenoptik Group.
Whistleblowing system Jenoptik IntegrityLine
Corporate responsibility is an essential component of economic success. Compliance with ethical and legal regulations is therefore a top priority for us. The details and full wording of the Supplier Code can be found in the download area.
Our suppliers undertake to inform us immediately of any non-compliance with the Supplier Code.
This can be done to his contact person at TRIOPTICS or at JENOPTIK AG in the central Compliance & Risk Management department.
Jenoptik uses the Integrity Line whistleblower system to receive information on violations of rules and laws affecting the companies of the Jenoptik Group.
Product discontinuation and modification
Please inform us in advance of any planned, implemented or known discontinuations or relevant modifications in writing without delay. This relates to all production items which have been procured by TRIOPTICS at least once or whose use is significant in the context of development projects.
For fast processing, please provide us with all the necessary technical and commercial information.

Product discontinuation
You inform us in advance about planned product discontinuations for a last call and potential alternatives for the required approval processes.
Product modification
Please report product modifications to us immediately if this is agreed or if the modifications you have made or become aware of affect factors relevant to the product, e.g. performance data, function, service life, compatibility, instrument design.Supplier application
